Dues cover your membership for twelve months, July 1 to June 30. NASFAA mails renewal invoices by June. Invoices must be paid by July 15. If you are joining after July 2005, your dues will be prorated for the first year.

• Includes entitlements (a subscription to the Journal of Student Financial Aid, Student Aid Transcript magazine, the NASFAA Membership Directory, and a Web ID). The number of entitlements you receive is based on your organization's tier level. See additional information below.



• Includes five Web IDs in addition to your entitlement amount.



• Includes five Directory Listings in addition to your entitlement amount. Individuals are listed in the online NASFAA Membership Directory and may be listed in the annually published NASFAA directory.

You will have the opportunity each year upon renewal of your membership, to make any necessary adjustments to your organization's tier level, which also affects the number of entitlements, Web IDs and Directory Listings your organization earns.

Any number of entitlements desired beyond the number allotted above can be purchased at a prorated price (if applicable). To facilitate the processing of additional entitlements, please indicate who should receive the entitlements by checking the appropriate box on the membership application.

For every free and/or purchased Entitlement, you will receive

• One (1) printed copy of the NASFAA National Directory
• One (1) Web ID
• One (1) subscription to Student Aid Transcript magazine (3 issues/year)
• One (1) subscription to the Journal of Student Aid (3 issues/year)
• One (1) Directory Listing

Web IDs are calculated as # of Free Entitlements + 5. Please Note: Each purchased entitlement includes one (1) additional web ID.
